Supplier Quality Assurance Intern

We are looking for a  Supplier Quality Assurance Apprentice:



Within the Supplier Quality Assurance department, part of the Quality Department at the Saint-Fons site (69), you will contribute to improving the management of consumables used across the three Aguettant Laboratory sites.

In an environment subject to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP),  the control of consumables and their suppliers  is essential to ensuring regulatory compliance and operational security. In this context, you will contribute to a  continuous improvement approach  aimed at ensuring product quality, optimizing supplier management, and facilitating interactions between teams.



Your main responsibilities will be:



Consumable Mapping and Analysis:

- Identify and structure the list of consumables used by the various departments (production, quality control, qualification).

- Analyze their criticality and current management methods.

Consumable Management Improvement

: - Participate in the implementation or improvement of monitoring tools (referencing, databases, indicators).

- Contribute to defining rules for managing and controlling consumables.

Supplier Management

- Participate in the evaluation and monitoring of consumable suppliers.

- Contribute to updating associated quality documentation (supplier qualification, evaluations, technical specifications, etc.).

- Follow up on any non-conformities, complaints, and improvement actions with suppliers.

Internal and External Relations

- Interact with the production, quality control, and qualification departments to understand their needs and constraints.

- Collaborate with the Purchasing department to improve supplier selection and monitoring.

- Participate in discussions with suppliers when necessary.

Continuous Improvement

- Propose areas for improvement to strengthen consumable management and supplier relations.

- Participate in the implementation of performance and monitoring indicators.
