The Head of Operational Marketing & Execution plays a pivotal leadership role within the Business Management & Support (BM&S) function at Biocodex. This position is responsible for ensuring marketing execution excellence, bridging global strategy and local implementation, and driving category-focused brand performance across all regions.
This role directly oversees the Regional Category Leads (RCLs) - formerly Regional Brand Managers (RBMs) - ensuring category alignment (Microbiota, Women's Health, and Mature Products), best practice sharing, and governance. The Head of Operational Marketing & Execution will work closely with Customer Experience, Marketing, and Medical teams to ensure Biocodex's strategies are rolled out effectively in subsidiaries and partnership markets.
Biocodex is a French family-owned pharmaceutical company headquartered in Gentilly, near Paris, France. The company was founded in 1953 to develop and market the world's first probiotic yeast strain, Saccharomyces boulardii CNCM I-745®, discovered in 1923.
Building on relationships established for nearly 70 years with healthcare professionals, the Biocodex teams work daily for the health of all and focus their activities around three main areas: Microbiota, Orphan diseases, Women's health.

Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Excellence & Strategic Alignment
- Align global strategies with local execution, ensuring consistency and local adaptability.
- Lead and mentor Regional Category Leads, fostering governance, best practice exchange, and structured follow-up.
- Ensure strategic focus across the three defined categories: Microbiota, Women's Health, and Mature Products.
2. Collaboration with Customer Experience & Medical Teams
- Partner with Customer Experience to enhance engagement and brand activation.
- Integrate medical insights into brand and category strategies, ensuring scientific credibility and compliance.
- Support HCP-driven (Healthcare Professional) and DTC-driven (Direct-to-Consumer) execution excellence.
3. Operational Marketing Orchestration
- Consolidate and track marketing initiatives across regions at BM&S level.
- Optimize marketing operations by guiding subsidiaries and partners through structured execution frameworks.
- Ensure efficient use of investment allocations across pillars and stakeholders.
4. Performance Management & Digital Acceleration
- Promote data-driven decision-making by leveraging Business Intelligence and market analytics.
- Drive digital marketing acceleration, equipping teams with tools and expertise for data-led performance.
- Ensure high-performance brand activation across geographies.
5. Commercial Synergy
- Collaborate with Commercial Excellence & Revenue Growth Management to align trade, channel management, and sales force initiatives with marketing priorities.
- Leverage SPOT and cross-functional forums to align commercial and marketing actions.

Education & Experience * Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. * 10+ years of marketing leadership with experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industries. * Proven expertise in global-to-local execution, category/portfolio management, and brand strategy. * Strong background in operational marketing orchestration.
