Are you passionate about advancing women's health through education and innovation? Biocodex is looking for a Global Trainer dedicated to delivering impactful training programs across the globe. This role is key to empowering our teams with the scientific and strategic knowledge they need to drive change in the field of women's health.



 



Key Responsibilities:




  • Design and Deliver Training Programs

    Craft and facilitate dynamic, interactive, and scientifically robust training sessions for Biocodex employees across multiple departments and regions.

  • Scientific Communication

    Translate scientific data into clear, compelling, and engaging content tailored to internal stakeholders. Ensure consistency with Biocodex's mission and values.

  • Integrate Emerging Technologies in Training

    Stay at the forefront of training innovation by evaluating and adopting the latest AI-driven tools and digital platforms. Adapt new technologies to enhance content format, interactivity, and accessibility.

  • AI-Driven Learning

    Leverage AI and digital learning solutions to create personalized, adaptive learning journeys. Maximize engagement, knowledge retention, and learner satisfaction.

  • Continuous Improvement

    Use data and feedback to evaluate training effectiveness. Continuously optimize learning experiences to ensure relevance, quality, and long-term impact.

  • Develop Therapeutic Area-Specific Content

    Design and implement training modules for emerging therapeutic areas, keeping our teams informed and equipped.

PROFILE What We're Looking For: * A background in scientific training, instructional design, or communication, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry. * Strong interest in AI, digital learning trends, and new technologies in education. * Passion for women's health and therapeutic innovation. * Excellent facilitation skills, cross-cultural sensitivity, and global mindset.
