You are a highly skilled professional with passion for the world of life sciences and clinical research? Working very closely with the Medical Team in the context of strengthening site engagement to the study, we are currently recruiting a Site Engagement Leader M/F, whose missions will be the following (non-exhaustive list) :




  • Organize regular regional virtual or in-person group calls with site personnel and CRO to troubleshoot challenges and streamline workflow.

  • Identify appropriate dissemination outlets for presentations and publications.

  • Disseminate lessons learned in group calls back to sites.

  • Gather site feedback to help tailor future trainings.

  • Hold individual site calls with study personnel to share findings provided.

  • Give calls-to-action to sites.

  • Contribute actively to monthly newsletters by diffusing study updates and new research, as well as highlighting advocacy resources and events, recognizing site personnel, and featuring new sites and/or personnel.

  • Contribute actively to new site identification/feasibility (including identifying/reaching to community sites with less competition to have them participating in the study)

  • Identify vendors responsible for recruitment boosting and actively participate in vendor contract and start-up of the study.



Your profile :




  • You hold a scientific degree (PharmD, PhD, MS …) and possess at least 5 years of experience in clinical research and clinical sites management in the pharmaceutical industry.

  • You possess an advanced knowledge of ICH-GCP, clinical trial regulations, and applicable global and regional/country requirements.

  • You know how to make sound decisions after identification of an issue and are able to take careful consideration of various courses of action towards resolution.

  • You are able to motivate and influence others in order to participate in tactful and business smart communication with key internal and external stakeholders.

  • You are a team player who understands the roles and responsibilities of various groups managing clinical trials (Clinical, Medical, Medical Affairs, CRO representatives) to keep team members engaged around common study goals.

  • You are fluent in English with excellent communication skills.

  • Position to be filled remotely in Europe with occasional travel.
