Your MISSION

Be a key role in the generation and characterization of antibody-drug conjugates (ADC). Ensure the development, validation, and optimization of biochemical analytical methods and chemical modifications of antibodies (antibody drug conjugates generation).

Act as the technical expert for analytical biochemistry methods and techniques, provinding scientific and technical support to the immunoconjugates ‘team and project managers, while performing experiments, interpreting results and guaranteeing reliable results of all assays.

Main RESPONSIBILITES

Plan and perform experiments, analyze and interpret data, and prepare technical documentation,

Provide technical leadership for chromatography, mass spectrometry, nano-DSF, and other complex biophysical techniques,

Propose innovative technical solutions, and draft scientific documentation,

Coordinate and manage CMC and ADC activities, including all associated analytical testing,

Stay up-to-date with scientific and technological advances and drive internal innovation.

Profil souhaité

PhD in Biochemistry or Chemical Biology or related field, with a strong focus on protein biochemistry.

Proven expertise in protein and antibody characterization, with excellent knowledge in chemistry. (e.g. SEC / IEX / HIC, HPLC / UPLC, LC-MS, Nano-DSF, SPR and/or BLI),

Proficiency in chromatography, mass spectrometry, nano-DSF, and other complex biophysical methods and techniques,

Knowledge in protein conjugation techniques will be appreciated,

Strong analytical mindset, scientific rigor, and ability to clearly communicate complex concepts (mentoring skills), team spirit.

Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
